Breathtaking locations and unforgettable experiences
We have all travelled and all of us, at least once in our lives, have asked ourselves the same question: 'what can I visit in the little time I have?' Well, luckily you've come to the right place. Sardinia is a wonderful place. You would probably have to have the whole summer at your disposal to be able to visit and appreciate it completely, but unfortunately we know that not everyone has endless holidays at their disposal. In this short article we will tell you about one place in Sardinia in particular and the best and cheapest way to visit it: the La Maddalena Archipelago.
The La Maddalena Archipelago
The La Maddalena Archipelago is a geo-marine park covering a total area of about 20,000 hectares, between land and sea. Moreover, its 180 km of coastal extension corresponds to 1/10 of the entire surface area of the island. The archipelago consists of no less than 60 islands and islets. It is simply an enchanting place that has nothing to envy to the most famous locations around the world such as Ramla Bay in Malta, Playa de Cancun in Mexico and Maya Bay in Thailand. Indeed, in Sardinia, close to the world-famous Costa Smeralda, you can visit breathtaking places that you will carry in your heart for the rest of your life. Places rich in history and a fascinating past.
Spargi, Budelli, Razzoli, Spargiotto, Barrettini, Mortorio, Nibani and La Maddalena. These are just some of the small paradises we recommend you visit.
I know, you may be asking yourself "how can I visit all these places?". Well, you are right, it is not easy. In fact, they are mostly islets that can only be visited by boat or dinghy. Obviously, these are not particularly cheap solutions, especially during the summer season. Yet there is a cheap way to visit the most beautiful places and learn about history.
